Parkrun
Parkrun is a network of 5-kilometre free running events that take place every Saturday morning at over 1,800 locations, in twenty-two countries, across five continents. Parkrun is non-competitive but you still get your time and place number. Everyone is welcomed, no matter their ability. Have a look here to see if there is Parkrun in your country.
The Parkrun Alphabet Challenge
Some people can get rather obsessed with Parkrun and so the Parkrun Alphabet Challenge started. The challenge is to run a Parkrun that starts with every letter of the alphabet. This Challenge is popular for Parkrun Tourists. (Parkrun tourism is travelling by Parkrun).
